Natural disaster

The main infrastructure building is entirely built in reinforced concrete, and fire resistant materials. There are no windows or any other direct access to the external environment. The building is situated well above water level with no basement areas, and equipped with pump rooms for drainage/evacuations as well as moisture detection systems.

The 'box in the box' building model guarantees seismic and typhoon compliance offering improved uptime and superior disaster recovery capabilities. The building complies with the Swiss anti-seismic norms (norm SIA 260-7).
